Presentation of the MEDIAS TIC law firm

MEDIAS TIC is a highly specialized law firm working with businesses and freelancers in the sectors of visual Art,  audiovisual, cinema, photography, fashion, Music and Information Technology.

The establishment of partnerships with fellow attorneys in the United States, especially in New York City where Anne-Katel Martineau has worked since 2007, positions our firm well for assisting clients with international projects.  Her American experience has allowed Anne-Katel Martineau to put together a strong professional  network, one which is professional, personalized and responsive, and now constantly expanding through a wide range of collaborations with various European Bars, that goes from providing legal counsel to handling litigation.

For three years Anne-Katel Martineau interned with French, American and British law firms (Fourgoux & Associés, cabinet de Maître De leusse de Syon, Derriennic & Associés, Bird & Bird, Baker & McKenzie...)  known for their expertise and legal practices in the sectors of Information Technology, intellectual property and press and media law. In early 2006 she joined the Information Technology and Electronic Communications department of a French business law firm. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Law, Art and the Information Technology drove her to create her own structure. In this way in 2008, on her return from New York, after having worked on an independent basis with Paul Goodman, Esq. , Cyrulli Shanks Hart & Zizmor LLP in New York , Anne-Katel Martineau founded MEDIAS TIC in Paris.
